Such a positive experience! I found my new mechanic! Aaron’s listened to me, and didn’t charge me for any unnecessary repairs. Even offered alternatives since my vehicle is on the older side. I will definitely recommend them and they will be the first ones I go to the next time I need work done on any of my vehicles!

I greatly appreciate the personal service Aaron and his crew gave to me. He was very helpful by being thorough and taking the time to diagnose what was really going on with my vehicle. He looked at past invoices from another local dealer mechanic and even called the other place for clarification on what was done (not done) as the other place was saying there were other more expensive issues that needed fixing. Aaron helped explain what was going on, gave me pros/cons of different options and a plan for next steps. I found this much more helpful, trusting, and confident in what I need to do rather than just getting an expensive quote from the dealership shop without being able to discuss options. On nov 28,2022 I had scheduled my 2012 Camaro to be seen by Aaron’s auto pros , he has scheduled me two weeks ahead on Dec 10,2022. On that date he wasn’t even aware who I was or that I had my car scheduled in. As I took my car in, they took 2 weeks to actually look at it since “they had fallen back behind”. My car has an electrical issue which has never been fixed. He was asking 1,000 dollars for a brand new ecm that was not the issue, after he insisted that he wanted to sell me his product. I told him I had two already that worked and had been programmed by flagship one. It was a plug and play, at Arron’s auto pros did not like that I provided my own product and insisted that my ecm had to be reprogrammed by them, although flagship does them.
