Bountiful Mazda Service Department

The team at Bountiful Mazda's Service Department is simply phenomenal. They are friendly, informative, detail-oriented, and really care so much about making sure that every time I bring my car in that I am taken care of. I specifically want to shout out Ryan for going above and beyond today to make sure that the concern I had with my car was identified and resolved. It's clear that this team truly cares about every customer that walks in, and that is something I deeply appreciate.

This is absolutely the place to get your car serviced! I've been bringing my RX-8 here for a couple years now and Scott always sets me up right with top notch work. I run my car on the racetrack so everything has to be guaranteed to perform at its maximum when I need it to, and I fully trust these guys (shoutout to Kyle specifically for my full suspension rebuild/upgrade and plenty of other work!) to make sure I'll be safe every time I'm out there pushing the limits. I'm no stranger to wrenching on my own car, but when the job is too much for the driveway and I really need to know it's put together right this is my one and only shop to go to! I've added a photo of my car at the racetrack (the picture isn't of this location, but they've worked on the car a lot) after over 50 miles of flat

We have received outstanding service from Ryan Charleson and Ann Hurst at Bountiful Mazda. We purchased our CX-5 pre-owned from a different dealership, and it came with a little surprise from the prior owner’s pets. The service team at Bountiful took care of it in short order. I had an outstanding experience bringing my Mazda 3 here, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Michael, the service rep who helped me on my car, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, Michael's professionalism and friendly demeanor put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed for my vehicle, and I appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the process.

The service of the repair and maintenance department is very good. I originally went to the murry Mazda store to solve the function damage caused by a loose camera on the windshield of my car, and my car has a warranty, but they said that my glass is not original glass, refused to repair it, and asked me to pay 130 dollars for repair and inspection (too stupid). Then I went to the Mazda store in bountiful and they fixed it for me for free. The same brand of store service is completely different, very do not recommend murry mazda, recommend bountiful Mazda store
