The glass repair itself was solid, but there was a lapse in communication. After the job, the tech applied a black primer to some existing scratches on my hood. I know the intent was to go "above and beyond" with a kind gesture, but since the color didn’t match, it made the scratches stand out more. They were professional when I called and came back out immediately to remove it. However, I’m still left with some residue on my freshly cleaned truck that I’ll need to buff out myself.
