I had a very disappointing experience here. The place was extremely overpriced for the quality of service provided.Shannon the person on charge so unreasonable and unrespectful, The staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I asked a simple question, I was treated with impatience and poor attitude.

I am immensely relieved that the towing company successfully returned my vehicle, affectionately known as “Black Sheep,” to my residence. I had concerns that other towing companies might seize it, similar to what occurred with my previous vehicle when state troopers intervened. Yesterday evening, my car unexpectedly broke down, and the exceptional driver, who demonstrated patience and understanding due to my hearing impairment, guided me through the process step by step. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Eugene McCammon for ensuring the safe return of my vehicle. Price was alittle bit high but I’m happy my car back home safely.

Massive shout out to Joshua Hasan, outstanding guy with a positive attitude and total interest in cars. Would call on him again if need be
