Firestone Complete Auto Care

Great customer service. Everyone was helpful with my tire issue. I had gone to a separate place 30 minutes before and the other place pretty much told me there was nothing they could do since it was an hour before closing and I would have to wait until Monday. The opposite happened at Firestone. The team at Firestone put me at ease and didn't complain that they were still wrapping me up after closing time. I greatly appreciate all team members.

Just went here a couple times. Once for a new battery and another for a new set of tires. The workers were friendly and didn’t try to aggressively upsell anything. I would feel comfortable with the service that they give for repairs but I do have limited interaction. I would recommend giving this place a shot to see what you think.

We were on a roadtrip from Georgia to Arkansas to visit my grandparents, and had a flat tire in Alabama. The town we had the flat in did not have the tire we needed for our vehicle, so we drove an hour on to Birmingham and I called this Firestone location on the way to make sure that they had the tire we needed. Rosie answered the phone and let me know that they had the tire in their offsite warehouse and she would send someone to get it and it would be waiting for us when we arrived. What amazing customer service! I so appreciate Rosie going above and beyond to help us out in our time of need. We got the tire replaced and the alignment fixed, and continued on our trip. I am so thankful for Rosie and Firestone for their kindness. Thanks, Firestone!

There's always a great experience and not a long wait for getting exactly what I needed done. The staff especially Mrs. Rosie is always providing phenomenal customer service.
