Aberdeen Car Wash

I was never impressed by this place, but my husband took my car there on Sunday because it is conveniently located. He paid for the most expensive car wash (over $60) and it was as if they cleaned my entire car with bacon grease… including my windows. See pictures of what my windows looked like that night! Horrific. Had to buy armor all window wipes to correct this (windex did not). And I’ve been wiping down my dash and leather seats so that it’s no longer a slip and slide.

This is the 3rd time this has happened, left the car wash only to get home and find my car with water residue stains across both sides, in the door jams and on the back bumper and trunk area. I called and spoke with a woman and her first question was what type of wash did you get???? ( by no means do I want a free car wash) I just want the facility to speak with the workers and fix the situation ) Like that should matter! Her response was it’s busy right now let me put you on hold lol. It’s amazing how something so simple, can turn away a customer. I believe in supporting our neighborhood businesses, however when I calm them and give them a chance to rectify the situation and they dismiss my concerns like it’s not a big deal, I’ll now take my car to another town and carwash.

Just got a brand new SUV and DID NOT want to bring it just anywhere to be cleaned. I was extremely nervous about it, because I always had cars that were either older or beaters. So to have a car this expensive and new, I wanna make sure I keep it clean, and keep it in good condition and take care of it. Well, I saw this car wash when I was driving by and I am so glad I stopped. The service from just pulling up the prices, and the care they took with my vehicle was above and beyond. The owner is one of the most high class guys I’ve ever met. He is a Military Vet And still works hard every single day running this Business. Will only come here for my Vehicles, and already told my friends and family about them!! 10 out of 10!!!!

First time using the car wash. Maybe other people have different experiences. I got the $33 that works. Inside cleaning was actually decent. The outside was really sloppy. Quick Quick wipe and out of here. The mirrors, for example, as had dead bugs on the front before, the same after. Came back home and washed my vehicle again.

Hands down the best car wash around !! Always making upgrades and the owner is a real people person always going above and beyond for his customers. The staff is also top notch !!
