Budget Car Rental

Great experiences here. I visit this location frequently to rent vehicles for work related travel and have never had an issue. The process is always efficient and the employees are very helpful.

Fast and easy rental. The gentleman assisting me was friendly and efficient both when I picked up the vehicle and when I dropped it off a week later. Will definitely rent here again next time I need a rental.

They are disgraceful and unprofessional. I reserved a truck a week ago then get a call night before at 6:30pm they do not have a truck at this location or any location in all of NJ. The lady on phone could not be bothered.

UPDATE: Downgrading the feedback to 2 stars. Since the new manager came in, everything changed. Zero customer focus, I think you guys, will start losing your clients very soon. I used my Company's app to book a car, looks like it books the car for the noon, by default which I didn't notice - my fault. So, I came 3 hrs earlier, and manager just refused to give me a car, she said something " I will charge you +1 day, if you take it now". There was a plenty of cars, just tell me - "take the car, but return it earlier, so that the price stays the same" But no, you guys made me feel like I am asking for something unusual. So, OK, I do not have any problem to make another 30 miles. Meaning this would be the last time, and never again. I was making 15 miles to this facility and 15 miles back just

PLEASE READ I wish I could give this place zero stars. I reserved a vehicle a full week in advance for my father, only for him to drive 220 miles—expecting a confirmed rental—only to be told they had nothing for him. No truck, no real explanation, no effort to make it right—just empty promises and outright lies. Not a single attempt to provide a solution or take responsibility. They completely wasted our time and left us stranded. Do yourself a favor: do not trust these people with your plans
