Mavis Discount Tire

Exceeded my expectations. Excellent shop, professional and quick service. Eric and the team were wonderful providing updates along the way. Even on a Sunday they were accommodating and were able to diagnose and fix my car. I had the car towed to them and within the hour they called me with an update. I had a bad alternator and battery and they called around to get a new part and had the car ready within a few hours at a reasonable price. I always go to Mavis for oil changes and each time they do a great job. This time was a much bigger job and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!!

Bought tires for my wife's camry yesterday at Mavis on 34 in Aberdeen. Must say the staff was very helpful and the mechanics very knowledgeable. We Asked a lot of questions and got straight answers. Tracy was very friendly and helped me pick the best tire for our need. She was eager to help and had a can do attitude. I felt everyone was open and honest about future repair suggestions and I will definitely go back. I can't speak for other locations but this one was great. I recommend this location!

I had a great experience at Mavis today. The employees who worked on my car took the time to call and update me not only when my tires were finished, but also to explain other work that may need attention in the future. I really appreciated how informative they were without being pushy or trying to upsell—just honest, helpful communication. Staff member I’d like to recognize Erick I also want to highlight the front desk staff. Even though they were extremely busy, they were kind, professional, and greeted me right away, which made a big difference. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I felt respected and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

My name is Maria Tesauro and I went to Mavis Discount Tire in Aberdeen, New Jersey. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well I was treated. I am elderly and thought I would be taken advantage of because I was alone. Instead, Joe took my car and was very respectful and courteous. After a few minutes, he called me in to view the damage to my tires. He told me they could be repaired. Which they did and was more than happy with the price charged. I would recommend Mavis at this location.
