I'm old enough to have been in countless auto shops. When I walk in, I have a real knowledge of what I expect to have done. You get a sense of what you are dealing with as soon as you walk into any business, but especially into a mechanics area. Look in the garage and make an appraisal of the work and workers before even entering the office. This place is clean and staffed with courteous people using listening skills to answer specific questions. I avoid dealerships to retain my composure and sanity during up sales and recommendations for services that I know darn well are not needed. The comfort level here is genuinely honest. I paid close to $2k for a basic full maintenance service and I don't begrudge it at all.

Martin and James completed a large repair on my Chrysler minivan in a short amount of time so that I could take the vehicle on a road trip. The car feels so much better! I could feel the vast improvement the minute I drove the car home from the shop. I’m very grateful for their honesty and skill in taking care of everything that needed done. I recommend this shop to many friends and neighbors when they ask for a good mechanic. Thanks again!

My Hybrid Kia Niro A/C hadn't been working for awhile. I've taken it to 2 or 3 different mechanics including the dealership and was either told it was an "electrical issue" or they didn't have time to fix it even tho I had an appointment for over a week stating I needed my A/C looked at. Above and Beyond took my car in and took their time to figure out why my car wouldn't blow out cold air. They found the problem and fixed it! Now me and my little girl are enjoying our COLD air again. I would 100% recommend them again. Everyone there is really nice and sweet and explains everything to you.

I had a great experience with Above and Beyond Auto Shop. James was our point person and a solid communicator throughout the process, keeping us informed and answering questions along the way. They replaced the entire exhaust on my 2013 Mazda CX-5, and the work was done professionally and efficiently. They even came in under the quoted price, which was very much appreciated. The team was straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I definitely recommend!

As a woman, it is hard to know who to trust when it comes to car repairs. I had been using another repair place up the road. When I had a radiator problem, I went to the usual place I been using and their quote was a hard hitter at Christmas time. My son suggested above and beyond. He called and the quote was a whopping 600 cheaper! When I brought my jeep in, they were able to pull up my inquiry about the repair. Their waiting area was clean and they have tables and refreshments. The staff was professional and smiling. I got that "it's a great day" feeling. I will be returning. Thank you Above and beyond.
