Ace Auto Repair

After getting work done on my car, I ended up having to get other repairs done because they left my lugnuts loose and caused my tire to pop off causing great damage to my car. They would not take accountability and since I couldn't prove it because I only had pictures of the damages, I was left to pay out more money. I do not recommend at all.

Chris and his guys are hands down the most honest and transparent auto shop I have ever been to. They got my AC fixed for me in less than half an hour and kept me updated every step of the way. This will be the only shop I take my truck to from now on, they earned a repeat customer.

10/10 100% will be coming back in the future! i had always been very nervous going to auto shops because i’ve always heard people’s horror stories with price gouging and just overall bad experiences. I was needing my brakes checked and everyone around me and google kept telling me it would be so expensive, so i was really nervous on top of everything else lol. But coming here completely changed that for me! i’m so glad i came! they were extremely reasonably priced and very transparent with their pricing, and Chris was so nice! He went above and beyond. Genuinely such an amazing place and people. Thank you !!!

I was visiting Chattanooga a few weeks ago with a friend and getting ready to leave town. We finished eating a late lunch and came upon a lady needing help starting her car in the parking lot. I noticed this small service repair shop a few doors down. I asked the owner, Chris Chambers, if he could help, and he was more than willing. He offered to jump start her car and even gave her a few gallons of gas to get her car started! What a relief it was to find an honest repair shop. I would, without hesitation, recommend Chris and this business to anyone looking for an honest and affordable repair shop.

I’m very impressed with Ace. My son is a boarding student and needed repairs to his air conditioning and transmission. They were very responsive and reasonable and kept me looped in. He even called a few days after my son picked up his car to make sure it was still running well. Highly recommend.
