Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I took my car at 4:30-5PM yesterday, 1/13/2026, and I was 20k miles past when I should've had an oil change. I waited, maybe, at the most 5-7 minutes. They were getting people in & out of there like Chick-fil a. The guys who took care of me, truly did just that. They explained everything they were doing; they got my oil changed, checked all of my fluid levels, and they even put my new windshield wipers on for me! Chase and his team are absolutely fantastic and will treat you like a normal person, not ignorant or talked down to for not knowing much about cars, which I have experienced elsewhere. This was something I have been dreading, and the Valvoline employees completely turned my entire day around. I really appreciate the kindness and efficiency and will definitely be coming here for

I want to thank Andi and Brandon for being so polite and taking care of my oil change and fixing my headlight before I hit the road! Andi was super generous and explained everything I needed to know about my car. I’m always in East Ridge so of course I will be coming back!! Thank you Guys again!!!

I miss the lady who was there. They had a sense of urgency. I’ll probably go back but never again if I don’t have a lot of time. In the past I could go before work without worry. They just mosey about now. At one point the guy was on his phone.

I will keep coming here for oil changes as long as they keep it up! They have been excellent and understanding during these hard economic times. My family has had continual bad luck with car issues and Economy Honda kept screwing us around on other issues (had me pay for a new starter when it was just a corroded relay type deal) so I don't go there for oil changes anymore. This AM my partner had our toddler in the car and got some gas after dropping me off at work and the check engine light came on. Shoutout to Valvoline East Ridge, they checked the code for free and told my partner likely the gas he got was just bad/dirty so some Lucas fuel injector cleaner should get us right. Thank you Valvoline for understanding when you value people over profit, you get more profit!!! Yall are so nice

Good service and good people. I like how they keep up with what has been done to the vehicle. Sometimes the line long but thsts a sign they are good in my mind
