East Ridge Car Wash

It actually went great. Workers are really nice! My sunroof won’t close for some reason but fixed it in like one minute so went back to the line and they noticed it was me again so skipped the line (after I waited about 10 minutes the first time) haven’t gotten my car back yet but just the fact they noticed it was me again and were very polite explaining all the packages made me feel it’s gonna be great. First time here and I’m pretty sure I’ll be back. Thank you!

I'm an occasional visitor to the area and Pal's car wash is where we used to go. East Ridge Car Wash was the alternative this time and I have found a new "best car wash" in the area. Their prices were reasonable and the staff was awesome in completing the task. Best car wash we have received in a long time.

Went this past Saturday 12/6. I'm not able to do my own car wash or I would. We go here at least a couple of times each month. The wash was fine, but when it came out to the front to be dried, they did a horrible job. I have a suv so water gets underneath the hatch and dirt gathers there also. Anyway the heavy set guy opened it looked at it and shut it back. They hardly wiped anything down inside. Mud on the door where you step into car, they ignored that. When they said car was ready I opened the rear hatch and ask one of the guys to please wipe it off. Where the other guy had ignored it. Between the car wash and tip 40 dollars wasted.

Great experience, it was quick and affordable, and the people there were really nice. They definitely put in the extra effort to make sure my car looked brand new. Highly recommend!

They NEVER do a good job inside. They usually do a decent or satisfactory job, but never a good job. Yesterday they did a HORRIBLE job on inside. My car was very dirty so anything was better than nothing but the back doors were never even opened and wiped down. The passenger side front dash was never touched. The girl who worked on the driver side front seat was the only one putting forth any effort. I thought maybe she was just taking longer than the others but come to find out she was the only one who put any effort in. They did do an exceptional job on the outside, better than ever before.
