State Line Auto Service

Was on the road with no heat and they got us in and diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way with heat. Only charged me the base hourly rate. Very reasonable and worth it sense I was driving into frigid temperatures in the North. Great Service and they went out of there way for my boys and I.

My son and I had our alternator go out in route home to Indiana late Sunday night. We were very fortunate enough to make it to exit #1 and find State line auto service near by. The service we received from State line is unmatched, top notch overall experience. Rarely does the owner of an auto business help you out with nothing in return expected, this guy assisted us in all aspects of repair. Thanks again Sincerely Padgett crew

my car started making weird noises and they were the only place open on christmas eve. came in and they thoroughly explained to me what happened and how to fix it! they were also ALL very nice and welcoming!!!

If you are in Chattanooga and your car needs repaired, I highly recommend State Line Auto. These guys are kind, fair, and the prices are reasonable. They also keep you updated throughout the process. I spoke to John and had some issues with keeping my appointment which caused me to need to reschedule. John was more than willing to schedule my appointment. They were quick to get my car completed and ready for my trip to NC that I had to take. They were extremely kind throughout the entire repair process and respectful. I have not had the best luck with mechanics in the past but I will continue to use this shop for all my repair needs. If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. Go to Stateline Auto for all your repairs needs. I promise you will not regret giving them your business!

John and Will were incredibly helpful and transparent. I had an electrical issue and just couldn’t figure it out myself they got me all up and running in no time! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Will be recommending to my friends!
