Simply put, they're very professional. Pricing was fair, they were able to very quickly get me in for a diagnoses and schedule a follow up within a week to take care of a faulty harness and sensor. Communication was solid. Definitely recommend

I found this place based on positive reviews and it seems they were well deserved. Geoff got me in and out in one day. You know someone is being honest when they refuse to take your money. He couldn't recreate the problem and rather than charge me for work I didn't need, he told me to come back when the problem returns. He was clearly knowledgeable about his craft. I will definitely be returning and sending him business when I can.

My car wouldn't shift over to 5th, and I know next to nothing about transmissions so I brought it over to Jeff at Ace Automatic. He got me in within a few days (this was in the summer months, the busiest time of the year). Jeff said if it were his car, he would do a valve body replacement, which would be about $800. He easily could've said I needed a whole new transmission which would've been about $2000 more. I feel like a LOT of other mechanics would've taken advantage of that. Car is great after over a year. My car was all set in 1 week all said and done, including the diagnosis. Honest mechanics are worth every penny.
