Wide selection across categories. Real nuts and bolts -- you know, in bins and drawers. Plumbing supplies. Paint. Glass, cut to.size. Great staff, always helpful.

This is one of a very few locations where you can order custom made window screens. I was able to order 6 screens for my home and also had them made heavy duty with wire screening that is more resistant to damage by my cat. I now have all my windows screened and will actually be able to have windows open and still be bug free!

This Ace is wonderful! Staff are super knowledgeable, flexible and supportive. Inventory is great - lots of stuff I wish we had in Hawaiʻi! I was building a complex dorm structure, starting with not tools (or plan lol) and the staff here had my back the whole way (project came out great by the way, and even my extremely skeptical son [“WHATʻs that drill for, mom?!”] was stoked!!). Lisa is especially great - she is one of those hardware expert aunties who just knows the answer to everything, where everything is, and how to do just about anything with anything, even when everyone on the outside thinks youʻre just nuts, lol. This store is my new home base in Forest Grove!!

I have been here several times, as I have a child who is a student at Pacific University, nearby. They have not only had what I've needed in many cases, they will often find something they can do which can help if they don't have a particular product, but have something close. This is one of my first choices in the area for various college-student-related purchases.
