Stopped into the Forest Grove location for a battery replacement for my 2000 Toyota Tundra. Johnathan was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He went above and beyond in replacing the battery. He identified a heavy corrosion build up on one of the terminals. Instead of just moving ahead, he took the time to clean the terminal to ensure a good connection with the battery. He had the battery swapped out in no time. While replacing the bracket that holds the battery in place, he lubed the nut to make for easier adjustment in the future. It was those attention to details that left an impression on me because he didn’t have to go to the extra effort, yet he did. I appreciate his level of service. He would not accept a tip either. Walked out and went to AutoZone. It took the manager well over 25 minutes to accept someone's return. 2 other employees were heard in the back laughing and conversating, but weren't asked to come help. I spent close to 30 minutes in the store waiting. I was completely ignored the entire time with the manager lady trying her hardest to avoid eye contact.
