Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center

I arrived at 2:15 for my 2:30 appt for an oil change. It was almost 4:00 when I finally got my car back . I made an appointment for a reason. That reason was to avoid waiting so long . I looked out the window , it was a hour before they took my car back . Quick lane is supposed to be quick isn’t it? If you are looking for the “doctor’s office wait” kind of experience , you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been coming to Doherty Ford since I moved back to this area for several years. I have always been pleased with the service and the personnel. They fully explain in what was done. I have always walked away from them feeling good about their services.

Overall, it was a good experience getting my shocks installed. However, it looks like my alignment is a little off to the right so Ill be going back for them to look at it. Price was a little higher than quoted but was quickly remedied.

Fixed my tire right away with no charge when it wasn't even bought from there. I had been into Les Schwab a couple different times and they couldn't find out what was wrong so I was very frustrated. Ford in Forest Grove took great care of me. I was so happy and relieved this on going issue was solved by such a professional staff member.

Was able to get right in and taken care of in good time , always a pleasure knowing I can trust what is being done
