I can't say enough about how amazing our experience was with Oregon Collision Center in Forest Grove. Our highlander was hit with extensive damage along the entire drivers side, a very complex fix. Carlos and his team were incredibly communicative during the entire process, worked with us to help ensure we got the car back to the condition it was before the accident. It's refreshing to work with a team that is truly committed to being focused on the customer and doing everything they can to "make things right". Highly recommend them.

Oregon Collision Center came recommended to me by a family friend after my first accident. I had ZERO experience on the process of getting my car fixed. Carlos saw me for a pre-estimate the day after I called (other shops were weeks out just to take a look). He gave me information on how to make my car as safe as possible to drive in the time before they were able to get me in to fix. It took awhile to get in to this shop for repairs but it was well worth the wait! These guys replaced my cracked bumper in 3 days and returned my vehicle looking brand new.
