I had the absolute pleasure of working with Russ, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the moment I called him, he was professional, courteous, and eager to help. I was having car trouble and wasn’t sure what the issue was, but Russ didn’t hesitate… he told me to come in as soon as possible! That kind of responsiveness is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it. When I arrived, he immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. Within minutes, he pinpointed the issue, a faulty ignition coil on my BMW. But what really amazed me was his sheer dedication to getting the job done. We were on day 1 of a 4-day road trip when a message popped up on our dash to check brake fluid levels just a few miles outside of Florence…we called ACR and were told to come on in and they would take a look…they promptly diagnosed the situation, addressed it, and sent us on our way…incredibly nice service and they made what was inherently a stressful moment turn out to be an easily solved issue!

We LOVE ACR Automotive. Russ is so awesome and friendly, they do not beat around the bush, they are very honest and communicative about what is happening with our car. We have had a few impromptu emergencies in the past couple of years and no matter how busy they are, they always find time to fit us in! It's no wonder they are so busy, they are absolutely the best shop we've found. Russ, Tammy, Joel, Riley, they all are so friendly and professional. We never feel out of place when we visit. We can't recommend ACR Automotive enough!

Highly recommend!! My friend and I were passing through on a road trip when my car battery died. I called this shop based on the good reviews and was not disappointed - Russ took us in immediately despite seeming busy, swapped out the battery and got us back on the road in half an hour! The price was also shockingly low considering the amazing service they provided. I'm not typically one to leave reviews but I'm so grateful to this shop, thank you!!
