Mast Brothers Towing & Recovery

I had my motorcycle tire blow out yesterday while riding. I'm from Bellingham, WA and idk the area very well. One of the drivers and his boss (I'm sorry I didn't catch their names) are extremely nice and tried to help us find a place and gave us some recommendations on where we might be able to go for a cruiser to get a new tire. It would be too expensive to tow home! They took their time talking with us and even look up places from here to Coos Bay or Eugene and made some calls. Unfortunately it was after 6pm so not a lot of places open! I definitely recommend these guys to come out and help you! Very nice gentlemen and very easy to talk to! They definitely care about their customers!

Had a good experience this company today called when my truck broke down the guy on phone was professional and the driver came out within 1hr I give him a 10/10 his safety and ares even stopped half way home to let are puppy pee.. good job you guys!!

Mast Brothers showed up promptly and got me out of a (literally) tight spot. They were great at communicating and really easy to work with. They tried to give it a jump first which I appreciated even though it didn't work, but they loaded my truck up and drove to the mechanics with no issues or any damage. Thank you! Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do, call Mast Brothers!

We called these guys for a tow on Easter Sunday. They showed up promptly, acted professionally, and took good care of us. We would use them again for sure.

I can't even rate this company. I asked to have our motorhome towed across the street to a person who was going to fix it. And I was quoted $700 - to $3,000 dollars. How does this qualify for lower costs for locals living in Florence. It's a 40' pusher. I'm sure it's not the only one they have towed. We had this motorhome towed we we broke down on South Dakota, and we were hours away from going back to a mechanic. That was $3000/dollars. Nice people and worth the money. Asking Mask bros to tow across the street is absolutely stupid and ridiculous. I bet it's not even a quarter mile. I will never recommend this business, and I pray I never need them.
