Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Normally I don't leave reviews for friends or family but the experience that my friend told me this weekend that she had last Thursday or Friday made me so mad that I felt compelled to leave this review. She went there for an oil change only. The mechanic there sold her a battery and told her it could go out in a week or even many months down the road and recommended a battery change. She has zero knowledge on cars and took his word that the battery should be replaced. Also sold her a radiator flush telling her that someone had put just straight water in the radiator and showed her. She said there was no rust in the radiator that she could see, but it did appear not be void of coolant mixed with the water. This group is always friendly and professional and polite. They answer my questions and tell me what they are doing. I like the way I can hear them going through their checklist.

Great customer service. Polite, professional, informative, helpful. Did not charge me for what they did and gave me the assurance I needed to get back on the road. Would come here again and get recommended services.

Hi, on Friday the 26th my husband and I were on vacation. We pulled into town and realized that we had a flat tire. We saw the Valvoline and asked for help. It was closing time but the 2 men that were working there helped to blow up our tire and direct us to the only place that was still open in town so that we could get our tire patched! All worked out! This location seems on the ball. I have gotten used to most Valvolines trying to sell you one or two items beyond what you're initially there for. It's all good, so far they haven't recommended anything that I don't need or won't need in the near future. Just that I do some of my own maintenance. Not sure if this location had much going on besides oil, wipers, fluids, lights.
