Bad attitude, insulting and cocky. Will never spend my dollars at this location ever again. Total failure with customer interaction. Good ppl of Florence Oregon this is a Napa auto parts store to avoid at all cost

They charged me $2.50 PER FOOT for some 3/8 I'd clear tubing that tru value has for .59 cents per foot but tru value didn't have enough for my project sooo got screwed by napa
These guys saved my engine after old fuel was put in. Couldn’t thank these guys enough!
I brought my battery in thinking it needed to be replaced..... They checked it and we're very honest.... Said it just needs a good charge. I'll definitely go back to them again if I need anything.
