Action Glass Llc

I have been going to Action Glass for many years. Most recently I lost the key fobs to my car starter from 2018, I called them up and they were able to schedule me in right away. Within 20 minutes or so the new key fobs were set up and programmed and I was on my way. They also were able to explain how to fix another car starter issue I was having with my 2021 Mazda car starter. They are just wonderful overall. The entire staff is extremely professional and kind. You cannot go wrong choosing them. My entire family and friends go to Action Glass, you should too! You will not regret it.

Action Glass was a great place to work with to replace a cracked windshield in my Subaru Crosstrek. Each person I dealt with was kind, professional, and had all the information at hand. I had no idea what to do about a cracked windshield since it’s not something I had experienced before. They walked me through the process. In addition, they submitted directly to my insurance company. Once the new windshield came in, an appointment was set up and the windshield was replaced within a few hours. One small piece near my rear view was scratched in the process but they ordered a new piece. When it came in a few days later, I returned at my convenience and they replaced it right away - a couple minutes wait time. I recommend Action Glass!

Needed a headlight replaced on my 2018 explorer. Ford quoted me $1200 for the part and 4 hours labor to install it, good grief! Brought my car to Action Glass, Randy was able to find an after market replacement and installed it for much less saving me hundreds of dollars.. I highly recommend Action Glass as they are honest and do great work. Just to add, their office is immaculate and the staff very pleasant and friendly.

I went there for a FOB for my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and to see if I could have the remote start in the car hooked up. They told me the parts were too old. No big deal I asked about removal. They told me it would $150, I told them to leave it and not worry about it I’d save some money. When I went to pick up the car they charged me $75 dollars for a diagnostic fee. They did no work to my car and actually told me there’s nothing we can do for you, then charged me for literally nothing. When I asked why I was being charged this much a woman who wasn’t even the one helping me just gave me attitude about “how they’re cutting me a break”. The folks at action glass are simply the very best!! They are always courteous and efficient and legitimately care about the quality of work that they do. Whenever I have a non dealer service, I always check with them to see if it's work that they'll perform. Because I'll use them before anyone else.
