If you are looking for a good used truck I would recommend checking out Full Throttle. Huge inventory so lots to choose from. Like anything in life you need to do your homework before shopping and it helps to know a little about vehicles before you shop used. So far I have been very pleased with my 2016 Ram 1500 even though the mileage was high. I am retired now and won't be taking long trips or doing off-roading so the mileage did not bother me so much. But after taking it for a drive I was sold. If you know what you are looking for and have a little common sense, you should be able to find what you need here. Koster and his team also made sure the transaction went smooth.
