Tony was great! The communication was top notch, couldn’t have asked for better service. Called and got a visual appraisal the same day, and it went smoothly from there. Olenders was great at customer service and fixing up my car. Erica on the phone was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Tony, the assistant manager, was very empathetic about my accident since it was my first. He’s very helpful and made sure to explain my options and made sure I know what I’m choosing. My car got fixed fast and my car looks great.

Unfortunately for me, I had 3 not-at-fault minor accidents in a matter of Three months with two of my range rovers, and all three got fixed and are back to new. Bob stayed in constant contact and kept me up to date.

Wonderful experience! Tony did a stellar job communicating with the insurance and updating me during the process. I received my vehicle sooner than expected and it looked brand new. The quality of work done was astounding. I can't even tell that my vehicle had been in an accident. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Everyone at Olender's was super nice! Someone had tried to steal my car & pulled the ignition apart. They took my car right in & fixed it in no time! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
