Adair Tire Pros

I had an extended range fuel tank that needed to be installed. It took a couple of trys to co-ordinate a time to bring it in, but they got it installed in a timely manner. They have "done me a solid" a couple of times now doing not your usual work. Loving the added range, especially while towing.

They had great reviews so I dropped my car off for them to see why it was "burning/loosing" oil and I just had one of the most horrible experiences at Serra Kia so I could not go through another bad experience and I'm tired of these companies getting away with it. Meagan was so nice the day I dropped it off. I went back that day to pick it up, she told me that she would call the warranty company and get things going. She even told me that she would try to get Kia to pay for the engine since it is losing oil. Almost 2 weeks go by, and I had not heard anything. She had given me her cell, so I texted her, and I got no response. I tried calling the shop repeatedly and was told that she was off and would be in the next day. Went in for new tires and an alignment. They gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and then I ended up paying about $100 less than what I was originally quoted. Aside from that they were easy to work with. I’ll definitely be going back

Spoke with Megan Friday about an issue with my vehicle. I was able to get it in the shop the next business day and fixed the same day. I was shocked it was fixed so quickly! Adam went above and beyond to get my son’s truck repaired. Communicated with me on the repair and price was more than fair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done.
