I experienced an issue on the way to work. A rock hit my windshield and caused a 'ding'. From past experience, I know that this is something that is best if handled as soon as possible. So, when I arrived at work, I started searching for somewhere close, in the Fultondale area, to get the issue resolved. Of course, Safelite popped up.... Definitely a NO!! (That's a whole other story for another day!!) Anywhooo, this place came up, and I gave them a call. From the call and forward, this proved to be a great experience. The young lady who answered was so personable and sweet. And when I met her she was exactly that! The guys there were hilarious! Their spirits were so welcoming. It was a terrific choice. And the price was great as well. Highly recommended!

They did a great job, installing front and rear glass in my 1965 Cadillac Coupe Deville .

Awful customer service. They quoted one price, followed up with another agreed upon price (not over $250), then OWNER had it fixed without permission for an almost doubled price ($450). Be very careful if female. I had to take a male friend to get them to honor the agreed price.

I recently had a headliner problem with my Audi S5 convertible. At the suggestion of the dealership I contacted Bradberry Auto Glass and Trim. I was delighted at the friendly service, fair price and quality work. I would recommend them to anyone who has auto upholstery or glass needs.

The people are nice over the phone. But the communication is terrible. We had an appointment sent up last week to have a windshield replaced and no one showed up. I called that day to see what was going on and the guy who was supposed to come out and replace my windshield had an emergency which I totally understand. But no one bothered to reach out to me, I had to call just to be told anything. I let that slide and rescheduled the appointment again for this week just to have no one show up again and no call saying why no one showed up. Not bothering to call and try to reschedule again, will be taking services elsewhere.
