The man that helped me with my headlight purchase was absolutely amazing Most women don't feel comfortable going to these places but he was so great and helpful and loved his job. He definitely needs a raise yall

I, Darrell Reese wanted to just say that the Assistant Manager Toby was very kind and showed empathy[which is rarely shown in customer service]. I bought a low-beam headlight and he saw that I was struggling to put it in for about 25 minutes. He then asked me did I need help and volunteered to do it for me. It took him less than 3 minutes to install it and didn't want anything for it. He said that he just likes helping people. Thanks, Toby for being a genuine customer service manager. Please keep up the good work. I will be back.

Went there a couple times within the past two days and somewhat disappointed with the customer service exhibited. So difficult to have to track down someone for help, and when you do, they act like they don’t want to help. First time I went in looking for oil I showed the lady what I was looking for and she just point to end of store and said there’s more over there, then walked away. Nowhere near the level of customer initiative I’d want for a business. There was a guy there that was acceptably interactive and helpful when I checked out. Second time, I went in store looking for someone to ask them if they’re still a drop off for used oil and saw a guy sitting at a desk that saw me too but didn’t bother to move. He looked up again, but with no indication he’ll be right with me. Felt pla

Went in today to SWAP the Bosch plugs bought a year ago. Turns out they are NOT for my vehicle. No wonder I've had a slight misfire for a year. At first the lady was not very nice at all. I told her I was sold the wrong plugs for my truck ... Showed the receipt from a year ago and left it up to her to do the right thing. First she was not willing to SWAP out the mistake but then changed her mind ... She looked up the right plugs for my truck and all I paid was the difference in plug price.... I took her the Bosch plugs back a few days later and everything is square as far as I'm concerned.

Toby at the gardendale location was so nice and helpful. He got me what I needed for my car in less than 5 minutes then put the fluid inside my car for me and answered all my questions (idk anything about cars) but I just wanted to leave a review because of how kind and helpful he was
