Adam's Royal Car Wash

I paid for a full interior detail on my Camry. The price seems reasonable, and I was thankful for their ability to accommodate a late pickup. The seats were all shampooed very well and the steering wheel/dashboard were all scrubbed down nicely. I was not super impressed with the quality of some other aspects of the detail. I emptied all storage compartments so they could be cleaned and I could tell nobody even opened the glove compartment. There were also some beverage stains on the side of the center console that I assumed would be removed and were not. I know they were easy to clean because I did them myself once I got the car back and they were still there. The driver and passenger side mats still had some dirt. Went to Adam’s on 10/5/25 and used their automated car wash system due to time constraints. What a bad choice the was. Car has less dirt on it but no where near clean. The jeep is black so it shows all the dirt and haze marks. Now I did not purchase the most expensive package but mid grade would expect better results. Not at all impressed with the service considering I’m local to this business. Will not recommend or be back for any service

Always have a great experience! I do the automatic wash.. the people at the end that dry off the car are super nice and thorough. I’ve had Brody almost every time and can’t speak highly enough about him.

This car wash is awful & a total rip- off. - The vacuum hoses become detached when you use them - Automatic car wash does not do a good job of getting all the dirt off of your car - The tunnel car wash sucks. They do not scrub the wheels and tires before you go through. - Don’t bother paying for tire shine on any option because it doesn’t work. About 8 weeks ago I went through and asked if the tire shine was working. The attendant told me it’s “hit or miss.” Hit or miss? So they have no problem taking people’s money even if they know it’s probably not working. He said in a few weeks they would be getting all new equipment. EDIT: Changing to 4 stars. After 2 weeks my car is still clean. It did a much better job than I first thought. The below is still valid, but I'm bumping up the stars because the chemicals they used really lasted. And if I use it again, I will bring some water and drying towels with me ORIGINAL: Went through the touchless carwash today and got the mid-grade wash. This was the first time using a touchless and it was an interesting experience but I probably won't use it again. The soap never fully washed off and was stuck in every little crevice afterwards. There was so much that it was almost covering the whole hood. It also never dried and was soaking wet even after my 10 minute drive home. It was slightly cleaner but it's touchless so I didn't expect too much. I did at least expect the v
