Has him install upgraded ground cable on an alternator and also replace the alternator harness plug and check the whole charging system on an excursion. These trucks can be notorious for charging issues. I’m confident in his work and now I can drive my truck without worrying about my charging system. I called with a question about my low beam bulb not receiving power, but the rest of the headlight was. Without hesitance they started to explain certain easy cases over the phone that could help me. Even though checking the fuses may have been easy for some, it wasn't something that came to mind. I appreciate their free advice that helped get my headlight working again!
