One of the last of the good ones… Like everything else now, auto body is going to throw the old part out & hang a new one. Nobody wants to fix anything, just replace it. I had a situation where the “new one” wasn’t available. Someone hit the bumper of my garage ornament 17 yo BMW M. Being a low production car, BMW is no longer making the bumper, it’s not the same as non M, & there is no aftermarket version. I didn’t want to use the shop insurance sent me to, which worked out - as no new bumper was available & they didn’t want anything to do with repairing a plastic bumper. Conrad’s was willing to work with me & insurance & fix the old bumper to a factory appearance quickly & easily. BMW originally painted these bumpers off site & the match to the body was never great, this shop did bet

Conrad’s is excellent. They refinished two doors on my Taurus and I seriously can’t tell they did. They gave a detailed estimate right away and faxed/emailed pictures to the insurance company. They are great !!
