Good guy, pickup his dumpster weekly and talk to him from time to time, hes a very down to earth fella. Always has cars in his yard and bays, I would say he gets a lot of customers! And from all the other reviews I've seen and heard personally he deserves every 5 star review he can get!

Best mechanic ever! Alan actually cares about his customers!! Always does work in a timely manner for a great price! I’ve been going to Salks for 6years now. Everything from inspection to ac compressor to a funny noise. Alan really does quality work and a great experience!

Al did a great job on a state inspection for my vehicle. There was a misunderstanding in scheduling and he took time to see me right away. In the current market, most shops will make you jump through a bunch of hoops to get you in and will still make you leave your car overnight, but Al was very accommodating and still gave my car a good lookover.

I have been going here for 10 years or more. Always quality work done by the owner Alan, and he does not put you off; in other words he gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I have recommend him to friends and will continue to do so.
