🚨 Dealers Beware: ADESA is a Total Scam Operation I buy close to 100 cars a month, and I expect a few duds — that’s the business. But ADESA takes it to a whole different level. They’ll run up bids, drop the hammer before $3,000, then claim the car is “as-is” even though it ran under a green light. Total bait and switch. Every “green light” car turns out to be a mechanical disaster, and the manager couldn’t care less. From the auction lane to the billing department, it’s nothing but chaos, excuses, and flat-out fraud. If you value your reputation and your bankroll — stay far away from ADESA. Every car I’ve bought from them has been junk, and they hide behind “policy” to dodge accountability.

I proved the invoice was already paid, and while they corrected it, they never apologized. The billing problems continued, and now they won’t answer the phone. We’ve wasted more time trying to get them to fix mistakes than it’s worth. Buyers beware—this place runs green light cars and manipulates bids so they stop before $2,500, making arbitration impossible. The manager is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you buy from ADESA, expect to lose money. Nothing but junk here. You have been warned."

Terrible service. Don't buy here. Don't use their transportation because it will take you weeks to get a car. And then tell you that you are outside the arbitration time. Over and Over like a Parrot.

I stopped at this sale on vacation, I had been there years ago. I am a franchise dealer and bought a 4.8 cr on green light, I was told by seller it was off front line.When i picked up it had motor noise and they said no arb.It was a shady wholesaler of course.I spoke to manager and this gonna be a real shocker,they can't do anything. That ended my business with Adesa for good.Those cars they run are rough so be careful buying there.Karma always catches up and Adesa don't care
