Great experience with obtaining the parts I needed. Scott went above and beyond to make sure it was the correct parts for the job. He correlated with other employees present to come up with the proper resolution. Everyone was very helpful and Advance Auto will be my go to parts store. Thanks guys!

Sold me the wrong wiper blades despite me specifically giving the employee the exact make and model of my vehicle and then asking them again before checking out, "are these the correct wipers?" That's the last time I trust this store. Should have taken a receipt. This ruins all Advanced Auto Parts stores for me now.

I love this place! Everyone is very friendly and eager to lend a hand. I'm not a "car guy", and I've never felt out of place. The customer service is excellent and when I only need new blades, I'm happy to stop in and let them do the installation!

They don't actually stock the parts they claim to have in their website, so I made a trip for nothing. Apparently you need to call and verify they actually have what you want and need. The employee was nice and helpful, but advanced auto let me down, and that will not happen again, I'll go else where.
