I am extremely disappointed with Apple Ford in Apple Valley and how they treated my brand-new truck during an accessory installation. I trusted their recommendations completely and approved everything they suggested without questioning the cost or process. In return, I expected professionalism and care. Instead, I got my truck back with the bed covered in dirty footprints and spray residue. This is a brand-new vehicle — not a construction site. When I pointed it out and asked who would clean it, I was told, “You can wash it when it gets warm.” We are currently below freezing.
