I had the most amazing and smooth experience with these guys. Usually it’s really stressful going to car shops but the employees here especially Bill and Nick were very welcoming and kind! They were great at easing my anxiety, being very communicative/informative, understanding, and super hard working! You can tell they really care about you and fixing any issues with your car which I deeply appreciated. I had a lot of issues with my Subaru and then Bill and the other amazing employees handled everything so well and fixed everything like it was nothing! I was surprised with how fast they were able to fix all the issues. It’s been a few months and my Subaru is still working amazingly! Very happy with the work we had done at Superior in Apple Valley! Nick, Ryan and Mason were great. They physically showed me the issue (a very lose bad ball joint and lower control arm) and made recommendations. It was also late in the day on a Friday and they went out of their way to make sure the repair was finished and properly. We will be back!

We have taken our cars to them since we moved to Apple Valley in 2001; the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and explain what’s necessary and what can wait in a clear and understandable way. They’ve never been pushy and the work is solid and reliable. And when minor emergencies arise (we keep our cars for a very long time), they go above and beyond to take care of us. Highly, highly recommend!

I have used Superior Service Center for several years for maintenance on my Car. They are honest, professional and friendly. My car is a 2017 Buick Encore and runs like new. These guys are awesome!!!

I’ve been to Superior Automotive several times, and more often than not I’ve left disappointed with the quality of their work. After multiple visits, I’ve concluded that things aren’t likely to improve, so I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. A good example of my experience was my most recent visit. I was quoted around $300 to replace a valve in my windshield wiper system. When I went to another shop for a second opinion, they found that the valve was simply clogged and only needed a quick cleaning, which they did at no charge. This wasn’t an isolated incident—each visit has come with attempts to upsell unnecessary repairs. Based on my experiences, I can’t recommend this shop
