Fast and kind workers. Marisa was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They did a routine inspection with my oil change and didn't pressure-sell me on anything. They gave me detailed quotes on everything that needed work done in order of most important to least. They gave me a very affordable synthetic oil change and made sure I was comfortable shopping around with the quotes they gave me before scheduling with them. Also, I love that they offer scheduled oil changes so I didn't have to wait in line.

Took my daughter's car in for new tires. Wanted something not so expensive but also all weather. Jake was fantastic helping me out. Had so much patience in my never ending questions and helped me decide on a tire I felt I would be happy with. When I picked up the car I saw that the tread wasn't as much as I would have liked but since I ok'd the tire I was scared to go back in and ask to change them. So we took the car home but I just couldn't let my daughter drive the car, in winter, with not so much tread. The next day I called and explained what happened and both Jake and Tyler, the General Manager, immediately said no problem bring the car in that day and they would put on the different tires and I would just pay the difference in price. Great service, both people at the front desks were so kind and kept me updated every step of the way. They even took a little off my price cus I waited for a bit and that was so thoughtful. They have no issues with anyone needing someone else to pay for the service, I waited for my mom they were completely fine with that. Fixed my issue and they even offer a break warranty which is lovely. Will absolutely come back they definitely care abt their job and customers!

I had the pleasure of working with Marisa Karoff from auto pros at your Apple Valley location. I took my car in for a standard oil change and tire rotation and while I waited for that service to be performed was helpful entertaining and a delight to speak with. You can tell that she truly loves her job by the joy she presents to the customer. I watched her interact with others as I waited for my car, every single customer received the same high level energy and excitement from her showing them that she was happy to be able to serve them.
