I went in on Tuesday afternoon and bought headlight bulbs for my 2005 mustang got home went to put them on and realized they were the wrong ones so I took them back on Thursday to exchange them I also took a broken one with part number to ensure I got the right ones they not only argued with me about them being the right ones for my car they told me the wouldn't give my money back because they were open when they're the ones that gave me the wrong one to begin with. I took the to Advance in Winterville and had absolutely no trouble at all exchanging them so while I do not recommend this Advance in Ayden I fully recommend the Advance auto parts right up the hwy in Winterville

They are very rude people there so-called manager the little girl with the short hair blonde hair it's very very rude they don't know what they're doing I have a car that takes special fluids and I asked the gentleman the African American gentleman to look up my car parts and he refused he just automatically decided to go over to the self and pull off the brake fluid I suppose we needed and the antifreeze that I needed so let's just say I will never shop there again and I will drive to winterville if I have to. I've worked in retail all my life I'm three times as old as that girl that claims she's the manager there don't know her name and I always was told that the customer was always right well not in this case they never even gave me my discount she never even asked me if I had a card th
