Horrible customer service ! Not friendly not sure if they’re racist or what. Went there and asked them to check my tire to see what’s going on because it has lost pressure. They plugged my tire without letting me know it needed it or asking charged $15 for a plug. Ignored me and Shut the garage in my face while I’m trying to speak to them about my car and ask them what was going on with tire when they pulled it of the garage. Went inside a guy in the office stated let him go ask came back and informed me they plugged it and I needed to pay $15 cash or $17 on card. Spoke with him about being ignored and how the garage was shut in my face he stated “you’re talking to me now” & “they are trying to keep the heat in” as if that’s a way to treat a customer. didn’t seem apologetic or anything. Nicest people! I was just passing through from out of town and they replaced my drive shaft u joints. I pulled in as they were closing and they didn't hesitate to lift the front up and immediately begin to diagnose the problem. The next day they called me and said it was fixed and I was back on the road! Fair pricing and great people would for sure suggest this shop to a friend.
Great customer service. Small town gem. On several occasions my wife and I have taken our vehicle in, quality service done timely with a great attitude. Glad they are right in our backyard.
This place is a number one top service. Ben messaging with them through Messenger go by today not expecting to have my issues resolved but drove out of there 15 minutes later with a fully-charged AC. Super nice people super-friendly put up with me talking her head off and I can tell you my wheelchair-bound son really appreciates the air-conditioning! To my surprise it was about half of what I thought it was going to be price-wise as well. I'll be back to get my oil change tires rotated other stuff
