I checked in Friday morning and I'm done ready to roll by noon. I have utmost praise and gratitude for this dealer. Awesome service, friendly people fully satisfied and happy. Nice job Freightliner, thumbs up! Sam was informative professional and courteous and pleasure to deal with.

Stay away from this shop they don't stand on there work. Brought my truck in feb 20 they first started wirh the injectors 2 thousand dollars repair bill after putting every thing back together realized that it was extensive damage to the motor warranty company supplied motor which they agreed was ok and said they would be responsible for parts. After 8 weeks They finally finish the repairs. 0ver 1900 dollars plus the cost of the motor. 140 miles after getting truck back it breaks down i call velocity and infor them the truck check engine and stop engine light came on They inform me to bring it back or take it to there raleigh shop being I was 13 miles away they took the truck and next day informed me that the parts wouldnt get there to mon 1 week later they inform the waranty company with

Diagnosed and ordered parts last Friday. Parts arrived on Tuesday, truck was ready for pick up on Thursday afternoon. Replaced 6 injectors and the One Box. Craig and his crew went over and above to get us back on the road. Thanks all. Highly recommend this shop!

We were in the middle of our summer road trip in our freightliner motorhome when the dreaded check engine light came on. These guys got us right in and fixed up in only a couple hours. Our family loved the park across the street in addition to the amazing service and hospitality of the Velocity team. Highly recommend!
