When it comes to car repairs I struggle with avoidance issues! But Tripp’s got me in the next day and fixed my brakes while I waited! The staff is friendly and communicative even for a mechanical novice such as I! The waiting area is nice and I was able to catch up on some work. This is a wonderful automotive repair shop with unmatched integrity. After many visits they have never attempted to upsell me on something ridiculous, they take time to explain repairs and maintenance to you if you have questions. All of the staff here operate with the utmost professionalism, highly recommend!

Tripp's performed around $2,000 worth of repairs and maintenance on my mother's Lexus. We had an issue with the car a short time after the work was done, but I called Matt, and he went above and beyond what I would have expected in making sure the issue was resolved. Its very nice to have a local shop who does quality work but also stands behind their work if there is a problem. I will also say that I had gotten quotes from other shops in Winterville & Greenville, and the total cost for the work performed by Tripp's was slightly lower than the quotes I received from others, so they are comparable if not lower than other similar facilities.

Couple experiences, my sister in law was here for a couple days from New York. She had an issue with her front end. I took a look at it and found that I wouldn't have the tools to repair. She brought it to Tripps, they diagnosed the same issue. They repaired it quickly, priced fairly and took care of it with time frame she had. I have an older truck that I brought in for an oil leak. Straight forward repair, just wasn't set up to do it in my garage. They got it in there quickly and made the repair. Once I got home I notice it still had an oil leak. I called them up and they 100% stood behind there work. They took back in and made the necessary repairs. They are honest, prices are fair, communication is good, and everyone is nice. Definitely recommended and will be back if needed.
