I bought a car battery with a 3 year warranty on it beginning of 2024. Today the battery had a dead cell and needed to be replaced i was being told over the phone that my battery was still under warranty. Went to store at a different location to get it replaced we ended calling the store i bought it from originally and we were told that the person that sold me the battery put in the system that i had exchanged my battery once already and could not do it again when in reality the battery has never been turned in before it was bought brand new to what i was told i was “out of luck” because thats what they put in the system. Shady business practices. Shady people and ultimately awful way of conducting business. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Everytime I go here the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I want to thank the gentleman that worked at Advance, he replaced my turn signal light bulb even though he technically didn't have to. I truly appreciated him doing that for me. He was so nice, polite, mannerly and helpful we need more people like this in the world. Thank you 😊

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though the store was busy, they helped us install a new battery. This was not easy due to excessive corrosion. We are so fortunate to have this team and store here in BV.

They aren't permitted to test my charging system or replace my battery. Staff was friendly enough and the store was clean, but couldn't do what I needed.
