We didn't know Leroy until we hit a large piece of retread truck tire on Interstate 81 on our drive home to Philadelphia from Eastern Tennessee. We took the first exit we came to which as for Buena Vista, VA so we could get off the highway and call AAA. It was late on Thursday afternoon and they were no help. They told us it would be at least 75 minutes before a tow truck could get to us, that the car would have to be towed 40 miles to the closest AAA shop, and that we and our dog would have to find an Uber or Lyft to follow behind. At that point we searched Google for local repair shops. The mechanic at the first one we found said he was too busy but to try Leroy's Automotive a little way up the road. Leroy was amazing. It was almost closing time but he put our car up on the lift

Do you ever show up to a mechanic crying and leave laughing? Just me? Well if you ever get the urge, Leroy can make the magic happen! I am so appreciative of his kindness, honesty and help! I have a new mechanic and a car that is road ready!!

After I had a spat with Widdifields Tire, Leroy replaced my tires FAST and with respect! 😆 he got me in there and out in 30 mins. Look forward to more business with him.

Leroy is very friendly and fantastic!! I called to have my car inspected. He said I could come in or make an appointment, I chose to make an appointment. He called back in 20 mins and said come now if you want, I did and he had me out of there way before my appointment time. He is very honest and very reasonable. He will get all my business from now on!!

Excellent customer service. Was the ONLY shop in RBC that day that would do a inspection, he did it to keep a fleet vehicle on the road. Greatly appreciated 🙏🏽 will be moving local fleet drivers to him for services.
