Grace Towing, Automotive, & Roadside Repair

Our Ford conked out - needed to be. towed from Lexington to Charlottesville- very nice tow truck driver- nice big cab for 3 adults, a baby and a pet. Highly recommend!!! Used AAA and they sent this driver and this large tow truck.

The guys at Grace were great. They got our rv fixed and back on the road the same day. Josh is the man, easy to work with and down to earth. The cost was reasonable, the work top notch and the response time was ASAP. I’m so glad I called Grace!

Disappointed!! Zero stars!!! I found myself locked out of my vehicle late at night in the rain. The technician from Grace Towing that AAA sent used a wedge and a metal long reach tool. I inquired about the metal tool causing damage and he told me I had nothing to worry about. He struggled for an hour on both the driver & passenger side, but eventually was successful. The next morning I checked my vehicle and found the rubber seal inside the door was torn, and both the driver/passenger doors & body of my car had paint damage. That morning, I filed a claim with AAA which took several months for them to process. When AAA contacted the owner of Grace Towing and provided pictures of the damage, they denied any responsibility and claimed a number of thing could have caused the damage. I've

CJ was a pleasure to deal with. We needed an emergency tow and he arrived in no time at all. He went out of his way to help us get our car taken care of with the least pain possible.

Stuck in the Blue Ridge Parkway. Went to Buchcan and Lexington VA. Even Ford would not look at our Ford RV. Donald and his son and team took us right in and had us back on the road the same day. Thank you.
