Great customer service. I bought a battery and wipers. They didn’t charge the core charge ($22) and gave me an additional 10% off “as a courtesy). They installed both items quickly, no charge. All around a good experience."

This is my favorite store. Now its not. Got employees talking about customers this and that. I bet none of them even know more than me. I don't like being disrespected, I only shop at advance auto. Not auto zone or O'REILYS. so from now on I just won't shop at this advanced. I don't associate myself with disrespectful individuals. Keep talking behind their backs. Cause you cant speak the truth to someone face. Not trustworthy characteristics.

Adam provided me with outstanding customer service during my store visit! He went above and beyond to install my new battery and also let me know that my coolant solution was running low. Adam’s professionalism and compassion for customers is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Adam!!!!

We stopped at Advance Auto Parts in Chapel Hill on a rainy evening to purchase windshield wipers. Angel was the staff member who assisted us. He was very friendly, polite, and was extremely helpful. He even helped to install my new wipers in the rain.

I had problems with a new battery that had been installed in Florida. The manager of this store tested the battery and alternator for me. He was incredibly helpful, recognized that the battery did not have enough power for my car and took action to replace it. He credited me with what I spent in FL and I got a bigger battery at minimal cost. Fabulous service, I highly recommend this shop!
