Very unfriendly my battery died trust yes it was snowing and the wind was blowing hard but they they refused me service and was very ugly about it. I went to auto zone they did it no questions or excuses. This is why I never use advanced auto they either treat me like I don’t know what I’m talking about or refuse to do there job. Will never spend my money there. Absolutely horrible service this is the Cullman Al store I’ve never had a positive experience with them

Loving being told “everyone else in here is more important, you can wait around if you want.” It was a perfect way of telling me the state of the store and to never do business here again. 13 years I’ve been coming here and this year it ends.

It is nice to be able to get your battery and alternator checked out and things like that, but I have to knock off some stars because every time I search for something on their site, it is ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK in CULLMAN and then I shop somewhere else.

Great staff helped me replace my battery on my car. Great experience overall. Store was clean and stocked, staff was friendly and helpful and everyone there knew how to use the computers and look up parts which is nice. Great place.

We needed a motorhome battery replaced and it was a difficult swap. Thank goodness, James was behind the counter. He carted the battery out to the rig and replaced it for me. That is why Advanced Auto Parts is the place to go to.
