Came there twice to get a battery replaced on my car. The first time they told me we don’t have enough staff to leave the shop, please come back a specific day/time. I then came back and they told me they cannot install it as it’s “too cold”. It’s the winter in Boston and there’s no rain or snow. Not sure what these guys expect…took our business across the street. Thanks for nothing.

Asked the guy to look at my car to see if he can understand an issue better than i can, he gave me attitude and pointed towards an aisle. Horrible customer service and not too knowledgeable about vehicles.

I went there to get a Hub assembly for my car and my brother works for the same company. The sales persons refused to give me the part with employee discount because my brother was not with me he lives in Different place. I had all the information and i even requested to give my brother a call but never accepted. He simply said go to springfield and get the part. Not help full at all

The team refused to return a pair of never-used brake discs, in the closed box as purchased, simply because they were purchased from another autoparts, tried to find every excuse possible. horrible store, I don't recommend it

Picked up a prepaid order- brake pads for my truck. The gentleman was kind and professional with everything and was super professional and was so prompt grabbing my pads!! Great service and friendly establishment!! Affordable prices as well!! Will return!!
