Advance Auto Parts

I was on my way from work and I stopped at the advanced in North Kingston to find certain part for my blower motor and the employee Debbie was very helpful and called the store up in East Providence and they had an in stock and the staff was really helpful. Wouldn’t be on their way to find the part.

I needed windshield wipers so i stopped in, to see what i can find. The guy asked if there's anything that he help me with right away, great customer service to bat. I told him the make and model of my vehicle and he began to tell me how great the trico black windshield wipers were and what there made from, scuba and teflon he said...he really tried to sell me on this brand. I went out side to pull one of my windshield wipers off to show him that i had the trico black w/w that he was praising. Well lets just say that they were not what he said they were and tried blaming me for improper usage, like really man so it's not the product itself? I told him that I'm going with a different brand and that i was disappointed in this product. My point is when you sell a product in your company and

Walked in only customer with two employees waited at the counter for about 8 minutes patiently. Another guy walks in. They finally come out of the back walk past me to him. And process a return for him. Lol. There's a Napa two blocks away.

Tony saved me a huge hassle today by saving me from buying the wrong wiper blades. He took the time to look at my car because he suspected the computer had selected the wrong ones. After I paid he installed them for me. Excellent customer service!

I am not a “car” person. I see a car as something that get gets me from point A to point B. I needed a new battery and wipers and was going to take it my mechanic- which meant I would have to make an appt, leave the car, get a ride to work and then a ride back to the car. It was suggested that I call advance auto parts - they could probably do it right away. First- they were very helpful over the phone and when I came in they were fantastic. I Will absolutely be back. I loved Jarrod ! And the other folks that helped me out.
