My engine light was on, so I decided to stop by the nearest Advanced store, which happened to be this location. I went inside and asked if I could have an employee hook a scanner to my car and tell me the details of the code that popped up. The young man that responded, rolled his eyes before grabbing a scanner. After showing unnecessary attitude, we went outside and he connected the scanner to my car. He ended up just telling me the code that he “saw” on the scanner. My problem is that he did not show me the code for me to view it myself or take a picture of it. He didn’t even tell me what that code indicates! What is the point of doing a scan test, if you won’t look up what the code(s) indicate for a customer??? He said that his manager told him to not tell any customers what the actual

I don’t recommend anyone doing business at this location. Came in yesterday to pick up an online order and the guy behind the counter just stared at me until I spoke first as he was clueless then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t find my online order. I come back in this morning at 7:30 ( opening time) and the employee is just setting in his car not opening the store so I can hopefully pick up my order from yesterday. No professionalism at all.

Just left out, I was purchasing an outline for my license plate, last one in the slot. It was marked down with red tag. Got to register it was $40. Was told the discounted price was not correct, although there was not a section for the $40 tag, only the discounted price. Can’t trust the store or the individuals working there. Blatantly lying. I’m a veteran trying to purchase a veteran tag border.

Highly recommend. I have a 99 TJ Jeep and was having issues with my battery. Ritchie at Advanced Auto provided me awesome customer service. I figured I needed a new battery, but he said lets go test it first to make sure you need a new one. The test came back that I needed a new battery. We looked at 3 different options, and he didn't push me into buying the most expensive one, which I really appreciated. He changed out and installed the new battery for me!
