I was rear-ended by another USAA driver. And ended up paying 300 and something dollars because the adjuster said that there were prior damage. The Trump had to be replaced and the bumper had to be replaced because of the driver that hit me but they said that they found some damage over on the right side so I end up having to pay money at my pocket. I did not even authorize them to begin work on the car because if I knew I had to pay 300 something dollars I would've took it somewhere else or I would've let it sit in my yard. I believe this Body Shop and the USAA adjuster are in bed together, not literally sleeping together, but are making deals and they are not looking out for the best interest of customers.

Suddenly our driver's side door would not open. I called and they were able to take a look that day. They were so friendly and diagnosed the problem right away (missing screws that held the lock in place inside the door, causing binding of the lock). I left it as the clock was pushing 4:00 pm. I hoped they'd be able to fix it the next day. 30 min. later they called to inform me that it was fixed! Now the unbelievable part: No charge! I'm so glad I found this family run business and can't recommend them highly enough. Skip the chain body shops.

Top-notch service! Leaving a second review because this team truly deserves the recognition for their workmanship and customer care. I had extensive repairs done on my Lexus LC500 within the past year after hitting a deer, and the paint match and overall quality were exceptional—my car looked brand new again. Recently, something USAA originally approved for my wheel didn’t hold up. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, but the owner of McDaniels went to bat for me with USAA and got them to authorize a full replacement. They worked around my hectic schedule and had the wheel swapped out quickly—even during Thanksgiving week. Thank you again for the outstanding work and incredible customer service. Highly recommend!

McDaniel Paint & Body Shop did an amazing job on my 2016 Honda HR-V after a run in with a deer. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and provided regular updates, which I really appreciated. The paint match was absolutely perfect on a 10 year old vehicle and you truly cannot tell any work was done. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality body work and professional service.

I have been to my fair share of Autobody Repair Shops and McDaniels beats all of them. From start/Drop-off, to end/Pick-up, they were awesome. I needed to get my truck in a little sooner and they still managed to get my truck in and out within a week and 2 days. Bonus: when I picked up my truck the entire vehicle was detailed, inside and out. To top it off they even gave me a complimentary gift back, left inside of my truck as a kind gesture.
